Oceanside Surf Contests and Competitions

Oceanside is a popular Southern California beach destination with over 3.5 miles of sandy beaches.  Due to the city’s geographical makeup, swells hit the shoreline at different degrees providing consistent surf conditions year-round.

With world-class waves, comes world class surfing! Oceanside is host to numerous professional and amateur surfing tournaments and contests throughout the year. Surf competitions are usually held at the Oceanside Pier or Oceanside Harbor, making for a picturesque backdrop to any surfing event held in the city.  If you’re looking to host a surf contest in Oceanside, please contact our Group Travel Department for more information.
