At any given day at North Harbor Beach, you just might see a familiar face out on the breaks, or maybe a face that will soon breakout into the pros. The SoCal Sports Complex in Oceanside is a 97+ acre outdoor recreational facility that currently includes 20 multi-use athletic fields that schedules regional and national soccer tournaments.
