The 3rd Annual US Open Adaptive Surfing Championships is back at the Oceanside Pier in beautiful Southern California. Hosted by the Stoke for Life Foundation and powered by the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, this event attracts competitive adaptive surfers from all over the globe. In 2018, seventy-four competitors from twelve different countries came to compete in twelve different disabled divisions to compete for the U.S. Open Adaptive Surfing crown. Over $19,000 dollars in prize money was given away to the winners in all twelve divisions.
The US Open was created by adaptive surfers, for adaptive surfers, and takes pride in creating a professional event. Enjoy the atmosphere, the camaraderie, and the fun.This is a wonderful spectator event for the entire family.
