Chef Louis Laterza will be slow-roasting whole pigs over an open flame. Indulge in pork dishes while sipping on some of the finest award winning whiskey around. Pacific Coast Spirits will have a special Distillery Only Release of Pechuga Agave Spirit and will be making their own Agave Blanco, with the pig head in the still, for a signature fat wash of flavor. Served neat or in a margarita.
