Terms and Conditions:
- Visit Oceanside’s Pick a Perk promotion applies to new business, not repeat groups; only valid for groups which reside at Oceanside Stakeholder properties.
- The “Master Account” credit is for facility rental, food & beverage expenditures, audio visual expenses or other meetings-related fees. The credit will be awarded based on number of paid and consumed rooms at one of our destination lodging properties. Credit will occur once the CVB receives the actualized room night pick up less complimentary room nights from the contracted lodging property.
- The meeting or event must be contracted by June 30, 2022 and group travel must actualize before June 30, 2023; excludes peak summer dates and holiday weekends.
- The group must contract and actualize 10 rooms or more on peak night to qualify for the offer; Room nights Sunday through Wednesday will receive $10.00 per room night credit and room nights Thursday through Saturday will receive $5.00 per room night credit. Non-revenue generating room nights do not receive credit.
- Sponsorship to be used for group transportation during the travel dates or towards master bill associated with meeting or event; no credit given for future use.
- Perks will be allocated to groups on a first definite book basis and while funding is available.
- Pick a Perk promotion expires on June 30, 2022 or once all funds are allocated.
