“Taking the Stage: Storytelling with Authenticity” with Jerry Beers
This program introduces participants to better ways to communicate, collaborate and innovate – all while building comfort with risk and change. By combining best practices from storytelling and Improvisational comedy, it enables participants to combine careful, logical message design with spontaneous creativity and wild fun. In the workshop you’ll learn:
- How Improv helps speakers ‘win the room’ by unlocking their authentic stage presence
- How a ‘yes and’ philosophy fosters collaboration and explosive creativity
- How to inspire confidence in selling ideas
- The art of purpose-driven storytelling and messaging
- Tools for keeping your audience on track and engaged when you have the stage
- Improv exercises to help you prep an executive for taking the stage
