Besides being the most important meal of the day, breakfast is always a big event on race day. Oceanside’s got some great breakfast places to start your day before IRONMAN 70.3, or to stop in when you need to take a break from the action to grab some grub!

Great Breakfast Options in Oceanside:

Beach Break Cafe

1802 S. Coast Hwy

Oceanside, CA 92054

(760) 439-6355

The Beach Break Cafe offers great food in a relaxed, surf-themed atmosphere. The cafe has booth, table, and bar seating, as well as some outdoor seating. Also open for lunch and known for great burgers. In addition, Beach Break Cafe has opened another location in Oceanside Harbor with a similar-yet-different menu: Beach Break at the Harbor.

You’ll almost feel like you stepped right out of the ‘80s movie to get breakfast… almost. The Breakfast Club Diner has a funky ‘80s vibe with its retro 1980s wall art and menu that will throw you back a few decades! The menu also has a little bit of Greek flair added to some items to honor the owner’s heritage.
