Interest Points Along the Route
Harbor Beach
Harbor Beach is the most northern beach in Oceanside and has wide sandy beaches due to the large rocky jetties. The jetties also help to create large waves and great surf conditions; making it a wonderful spot to watch local surfers and take in a surf contest. Additionally, there is a playground located in the sand, making the perfect beach experience for children of all ages.
Harbor Village
The quaint Cape Cod-style Harbor Village is located along the south side of Harbor and offers a variety of shopping, dining and recreational activities to visitors.
Recreational Activities
While visiting the Harbor, there is no place better to be than in the water! There are many businesses located throughout the Harbor that offer visitors the opportunity to have a one-of-a-kind water experience, such as renting stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, boat rentals or taking a sunset sail cruise, fishing or whale watching adventure.
The “Oceanside” Sign
Whether you are looking for a unique photo-op or just want to see something pretty cool, cruise over to North Oceanside Harbor to see the Oceanside sign. Sitting along a hill, the Oceanside sign greets boaters and paddlers as they enter the Harbor.
