On Tuesday, April 16th, Chefs Davin Waite, William Eick of Matsu and Keith Lord of Strateje Fourteen/The Shed will be cooking together for a very special, one-night-only, multi-course dinner event right here in O’side.
This six course Baja-Indian tasting menu will showcase a variety of their refined techniques along with their unique and thoughtful approaches to cuisine as they collaborate for a memorable experience to help raise funds for long time friend and San Diego Chef Aarti Sanghavi during her recovery from breast cancer.
