Cycling the legendary Strand may be an iconic O’side experience, but that’s hardly the only place to strap on a helmet and cruise around town. Routes take you all over the city and farther afield to our neighboring beach towns and inland valleys. O’siders use bikes to roll from neighborhood to neighborhood—less parking, more time to soak up the sun. And when we’re not cruising on two wheels, we’re grabbing a water bottle and heading for a hike around Oceanside’s coastal estuaries and inland riparian parks. Slow and steady, that’s the O’side way.

Located on The Strand below the Oceanside Pier. Renting 2- and 4-person kid-friendly surreys.
Rent e-bikes for a couple hours, a day, or up to a week. Located on Wisconsin Ave.
Rental options include beach cruisers and a variety of different e-bikes, with battery ranges up to 80 miles.
