WISCONSIN STREET BEACH

A great place for some alone time.

A beach that’s ruled by the tides.

Wisconsin Street Beach is open to all water activities, but if you want to play on the sand, you’ve got to make like a surfer and pay attention to the tide tables—at high tide, the beach disappears. The beach is located at Wisconsin Street and The Strand, which here is a one-way, southbound street running parallel to the beach. For access, look for the ramp just north of lifeguard Tower 7.

Parking

Park on Pacific Street, or head to the small pay parking lot located directly behind Tower 7 on The Strand.
