TYSON STREET BEACH

aka, Tyson Street Park

A great spot for a beach picnic.

Walking distance from the pier and guarded by Tower 5, Tyson Street Park features a great picnic park just a few feet from the beach. It’s closed to surfers during the summer months, making Tyson Street a great beach for swimmers and waders. Access the beach and park from the stairs located on Pacific Street.

Parking​

Metered parking is available on Pacific Street, along with two handicapped parking spots on The Strand. The nearest parking lot is one block east of Pacific and one block north of Tyson Street on the corner of Mission Avenue and Myers Street.
