Exchange Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Visitoceanside.org operated by Visit Oceanside.

Need an exchange, we are here to help! Online and In-store orders can complete an exchange for the same or similar item inside our store located at 928 N Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054. To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. No refund will be offered to any In-store or Online purchases.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.
