Berry Good Food and The Plot join forces for an outdoor film screening of “More Than Honey” at The Plot restaurant in Oceanside, CA, on Monday, July 19th, from 7-10 pm.
Director Markus Imhoof tackles the vexing issue of why bees are facing extinction worldwide. Exquisite macro-photography of the bees in flight and their hives reveal a complex world in crisis. Mannah Gbeh, beekeeper and owner of Bee Valley Farm in Jamul, CA, will join as the featured speaker.
Tickets are $25 and include an appetizer platter from The Plot Chefs Davin Waite and Ryan Orlando, as well as nonalcoholic refreshments. Ticket proceeds support the programs of the Berry Good Food Foundation.
