Oceanside Ukulele Festival

Oceanside Ukulele Festival

Oceanside strikes a chord this fall with the inaugural Oceanside Ukulele Festival, a full-day celebration of music, craftsmanship, and community.  The festival captures the joyful, easygoing spirit of the ukulele through live performances, hands-on workshops, and opportunities to connect with artists and makers from across the region.

Headlining the event is GRAMMY® Award-winning musician Daniel Ho, joined by acclaimed performer Bernadette Plazola, along with local talent including Adrien Demain and Sophia Romero, blending international artistry with Oceanside-rooted creativity.

Beyond the stage, visitors can enjoy instructional workshops, an open-mic stage, and a curated lineup of master ukulele makers and vendors. Adding to the festival’s uniqueness, Daniel Ho has composed an original song for the event, and world-renowned luthier Pepe Romero—whose workshop is based in Oceanside—brings deep local ties to this must-see gathering for music lovers and curious newcomers alike.
