Matsu X Heiwa Shuzo Sake Pairing Dinner
Matsu X Heiwa Shuzo Sake Pairing Dinner
Matsu is excited to bring back one of its most popular sake brewers, Heiwa Shuzo for another 6-course Sake Pairing Dinner.
Located near Kainan City in Wakayama, Heiwa Shuzo has been a beloved choice among Matsu’s team and guests for its balanced, elegant sakes—from their “Aka” KID Junmai to their Umeshu “Tsuru-Ume Suppai.” Sourced from Koyasan, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, their unique Koyasan soft spring water lends a soft, luscious quality to every bottle.
This special dinner will feature 6 sakes, including KID Muryozan Junmai Ginjo, the highest grade of the KID lineup and winner of the International Wine Champion Sake 2020 (selected from over 1400 entries!) Chef William Eick will be crafting a one-night-only special menu to perfectly complement this exceptional sake lineup.
Reservations can be made on OpenTable.
