The Mexican state of Jalisco produces the world’s top tequilas. The region also inspired the name of, style of cuisine and beverages at Jalisco Cantina. An impressive list of over 50 tequilas and mezcals make this restaurant the go-to place in town to explore agave-based spirits.

Find the cozy cantina downtown on North Coast Highway 101. The rustic interior features ornate brickwork, rattan chairs and potted succulents. Peruse the inventive specialty cocktail menu. You may want to try the Mango Serrano Margarita infused with spicy Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur balanced by sweet fruit puree. Refreshing margarita picks include the classic O’Side Rita, spicy Ring of Fire and frozen Mango-Guava. Heavy on seafood, the menu juxtaposes popular Baja bites with adored American staples.
