Living Tea Brewing Co. specializes in brewing kombucha, a probiotic fermentation of a special in-house culture, using organic, non-GMO, fair-trade products and locally sourced resources. Known for being the first kombucha brewery in San Diego County, with humble roots beginning their distribution within a handful of local restaurants, Living Tea has now expanded to regional distribution. Living Tea has a brewery and tasting room located in Oceanside that has 13 rotating taps and is open daily.
