San Diego county’s longest running comedy variety show The West Coast Funnies blends sketch, satirical and stand-up comedy together to make for a great and unique experience. Headliner Cathy Ladman kicks off the shows 15th season at the show’s new home, the Brooks Theatre. As one of the country’s top comedians, Cathy Ladman has not only appeared on “The Tonight Show” nine times, but she also was the only female comic to appear on the last two of Johnny Carson’s “Tonight Show Anniversary” shows. She’s made four appearances, thus far, on “CBS’ Late Late Show,” did her own HBO “One Night Stand” comedy special, and was awarded the American Comedy Award for Best Female Stand Up Comic. Also appearing will be Matin Atrushi and the Pearl St. Players.
