The festival features Cajun cuisine including gumbo, shrimp po’boys, beignets, crawfish etouffee, red beans & rice, jambalaya plus New Orleans themed drink samplers such as Hurricanes and Frozen Daquiries.
The Big Easy experience includes live Cajun music, art & craft vendors, kid’s area and much more.
