Ant Black is returning for a special performance that touches on the pertinent themes that emerge from Oceanside residents sharing their aspirations on the Before I Die community wall. Before I Die is a global art project that invites people to contemplate mortality and share their personal aspirations in public. This participatory public art piece is part of a project sponsored by the California Center for the Book’s grant program, “Californians: Community Conversations About the Arts.” Parts of the wall will travel to various locations throughout Oceanside, in an effort to get wide-spread public participation in this powerful project.
