San Diego’s Feeding the Soul Foundation, a non-profit that creates concerts for causes, presents So Cal Soul Food. Guests will be delighted by a five-course dinner prepared by master chef Vallie Gilley, featuring local recipes and farm-fresh ingredients. In addition, Billy Galewood, 9 Theory and Living Tea’s brew band “Symbiotic Culture” will be providing musical entertainment for the night. The goal for So Cal Soul Food is to bring awareness to the proposed nuclear waste dump at San Onofre State Beach, and to get the conversation started by providing expert insights, additional information, and an update on alternatives in addition to the dinner and dancing.
