Settle in at Cococabana, a rooftop bar in the heart of Oceanside, for a grounding yoga sesh while the weekly farmers market unfolds below. This class features foundational postures, longer holds, and active rest. After your dose of deep relaxation, hit the streets for farm-fresh produce, handmade confections, or ethnic eats.

Please register in advance as space is limited. Bring a yoga mat, a towel or small blanket for padding, and water. No worries if you don’t have a mat or blanket or prior yoga experience. Just give the friendly yoga teacher a heads up before class.
