Join the outdoor lot of @risingco as they host a Therapy Social Fitness outdoor workout this Saturday July 25th at 9am! The large parking lot will allow everyone to stay safe and get sweaty, however there is limited space so please sign up online. Class is open to all. ⠀
Members and class pack holders of Barre Therapy can sign up through Mindbody or our Therapy Social Fitness App – All others can purchase a $15 drop in class to join. ⠀
They will be following all state safety guidelines and social distancing. ⠀
