Ring in the New Year with VITAL Yoga-108 Sun Salutations
108 Sun Salutations from 10:30pm-12am on Tuesday December 31st
Join VITAL Oceanside for a special New Year’s Eve yoga class. Instructors Savannah Ingold and Taylor Bustamante will guide you through 108 sun salutations together to ring in the New Year.
The 108 Sun Salutations class is a guided meditative asana practice. This powerful, detoxifying, energizing and invigorating experience consists of 3 sets of 36 Sun Salutations. The series will challenge your mind to stay focused on the mat as your body continuously flows. It’s a way to elevate your yoga practice and boost your own mental and physical capacity.
The tradition of 108 sun salutations is typically performed during the change of seasons: Winter & Summer Solstice and Spring & Fall Equinox. It’s an offering to yourself and the community that participates alongside you.
This special class will be guided for all levels with plenty of opportunities to modify and rest as needed.
Set an intention for the New Year and start 2020 off with a focused and peaceful mind, as well as a sense of accomplishment in your physical practice. We hope to see you there!
A champagne or apple cider toast and lite snacks will be provided afterwards.
$5 for members and $20 for non-members
