Come hear local historian John Daley discuss the history of the El Corazon area of the City of Oceanside. Join the Oceanside Public Library and Oceanside Historical Society in welcoming John Daley on Saturday, July 29 at 10:30 a.m., in the Civic Center Library Community Rooms. El Corazon (“the Heart,” in Spanish) is a City-owned parcel of 465 contiguous acres located in the center of Oceanside, bounded by Rancho Del Oro Drive on the east, Oceanside Boulevard on the south, El Camino Real on the west, and Mesa Drive on the north.
