Join the Oceanside Public Library on Saturday, October 22 at both the Civic Center and Mission Branch libraries to create Dia de los Muertos Crafts.  San Diego Artist Maribel Siman-Delucca will lead two workshops, Bottle Cap Jewelry at 1:30 pm at Civic Center Library and Sugar Skull Decorating at Mission Branch Library at 3:30 pm. Maribel Siman-Delucca is a San Diego-based artist who owns and operates Back From Tomboctou, a retail shop that specializes in Latin and Central American folk art.  She has been offering Dia de los Muertos workshops for over a decade.  She helps use art and craft making to teach history and culture.
