Christmas Traditions Cooking Class
The cooking classes for December focus on Christmas Traditions with savory dishes! Hearty serving of each menu item included with the $45 class fee. Handout with recipes and cooking tips are also included. Pre-registration is required for each class, no walk-ins.
The Mission’s Executive Chef, Kaitlin Bandy, is a San Diego native and a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Las Vegas. After spending three years with Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas, she moved back to San Diego. Prior to the Mission she was the Executive Chef at St. Germain’s Café & Bistro in Encinitas.
