Heritage Park in Oceanside is hosting its inaugural “An Old-Fashion Christmas” celebration on December 16 and 17th from 5-8pm. The event will include a tree lighting ceremony, visit with Santa Claus, and local students singing holiday carols. The historic buildings will be open giving patrons an opportunity to tour Oceanside’s original buildings, as well as visit the North County Model Railroad Museum.  Food vendors will be on site for an additional cost.  Admission to the events is $5 per adult (kids under 12 are free). This event is sponsored by the Rotary Club of San Luis Rey and the Oceanside Parks and Recreation.
