SUMMARY:SAFE & SOUND: A Sonic Healing Experience
DESCRIPTION:SAFE & SOUND: A Sonic Healing Experience\nBrought to you by Delve Wellness Collective and Zen Diego Wellness, SAFE & SOUND is a multisensory journey of relaxation and rejuvenation set to a soundtrack of stress-melting vibrations. Harness the power of somatic movement, restorative yoga, and sound therapy to soothe your nervous system and stimulate self-healing.\nThis 75-minute experience begins with gentle movement guided by yoga teacher and Delve founder Anna Dubrovsky, preparing the body for an extended and luxurious Savasana. Start to finish, you’ll be bathed in the soothing tones of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other ancient instruments—a symphony for the soul expertly orchestrated by Zen Diego founder Shannon French.\nWhether you’re new to sound therapy or a seasoned bather, check your expectations at the door and see what comes. (Spoiler alert: good, good, good, good vibrations!)\n
