DESCRIPTION:97th Annual Labor Day Pier Swim \nThe 97th Annual Oceanside Pier Swim is set to take place on September 7, 2026, continuing a cherished tradition that began in 1929. Swimmers of all ages are invited to participate in this one-mile swim around the iconic Oceanside Pier, the longest wooden pier on the West Coast. Hosted by the Oceanside Master’s Swim Club, this year’s event will include both wetsuit and non-wetsuit divisions. The Oceanside Pier has long been a symbol of the city’s heritage and resilience, and the annual swim offers an opportunity for the community to celebrate its strength and unity. The Oceanside Pier Swim is open to registrants of all ages. Early registration is encouraged to ensure a spot in this historic event. Proceeds from the event will benefit local swim teams, helping to support and develop young athletes in the community. Joining the Oceanside Pier Swim is a way to be part of a legacy.
