It’s that time of the year again! Mark your calendar, because May 5-6th, 2012 the largest Beach Soccer Festival on the West Coast will take place in Oceanside, CA. That’s right; The COOP Beach Soccer Championship is making its way back to Oceanside, California.

About the Event: 

The COOP Beach Soccer Championship is a very prestigious and well-known event that even draws in National Team Beach Soccer Teams. Every year, the Beach Soccer Championships bring upwards of 25,000 fans and athletes to the beach each day and the event draws international coverage. The COOP Beach Soccer Championship is a great event where kids get to play alongside the pros. In fact, 96% of participating athletes are boys and girls between the ages of 7 – 19 and 80% of participants are families. Kids can have the chance to learn from the best at the largest kids beach soccer clinic on the west coast. The Beach Soccer Championship is also a great source of revenue of the city of Oceanside. In its first three years, the Beach Soccer Championships had a $4.5 million impact on Oceanside and with 35% growth each year. There are even celebrity guest appearances to look forward to.
